Refund Policy

Note: All transactions will appear on your credit card statements as “American Adjustment Bureau.” At your request we will offer a refund of your transaction within 90 days. Please email us at CustomerService@aabinfo.net or call us at 1-866-480-5571 to make your request.

Please supply your name, account number, date of transaction, amount of transaction, type of card that was used, what entity you were making a payment for and the reason for the refund.
